On June 18, 2020 the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration’s attempt to end DACA was unlawful. This ruling ensures that DACA recipients will be able to continue living and working in the United States without the fear of being deported. While this ruling does not completely prevent future attempts at ending the program, it ensures that the program will endure for now. At Barten Lantz P.C., we have helped numerous individuals apply for DACA, and we realize the importance and value of the program.
